Discovery Call

We’ll start with a quick call to understand your business, tasks, tools, working style, and what kind of VA you really need. No cookie-cutter matches — this is about finding your perfect fit.

Custom Role Brief

I’ll create a clear, detailed role description to attract the right applicants. This includes daily tasks, skills, timezone, budget, and expectations.

03.

Targeted Sourcing & Screening

I personally handle all sourcing — using paid ads, curated job posts, and my VA community. I screen applications, shortlist the best fits, and do initial interviews.

04.

Client Interview & Final Pick

You’ll receive my top 2–3 shortlisted candidates. You pick who to meet for a final interview. I’ll guide you with suggested questions if you like!

05.

Onboarding Toolkit

Once you choose your VA, I’ll hand over a simple onboarding checklist — including contract templates, communication guidelines, and timesheet trackers if needed.

06.

Support & Replacement

If your hired VA doesn’t work out within 30 days, I’ll provide one free replacement search (once per hire). Any replacements after that can be done for a minimal fee (to cover new sourcing + ads).

07.

One-Time Setup Fee

$800 USD for 1 VA Match
Includes all sourcing, paid ads, screening, shortlisting, and handover.

• 3 VAs or more: $900 USD + $20 per additional VA head.
• Maximum capacity: up to 10 VAs per batch.
• Each VA is still hired and paid directly by you — I’m not your VA’s agency, just your matchmaker.

Proposal — I’ll create a clear plan outlining scope, timeline, and cost.

Approval & Agreement — Once approved, we sign and schedule your onboarding.

Kick-Off — We get started and keep you updated every step of the way!

Do you help replace a VA if it doesn’t work out?

Yes — you get one free replacement search within 30 days of the hire date. Additional replacements are $200 per head to cover fresh sourcing and ads.

Do I pay the VA through you?

Nope! You pay your VA directly, at the rate you and your VA agree on. I only charge a one-time matchmaking fee.

How long does it take to find a VA?

On average, 1–2 weeks, depending on the role, skill level, and your final choice.

Do you help onboard the VA?

Yes — I provide a simple onboarding checklist and contract templates to help you start off right.

What if I need more than 10 VAs?

We’ll plan this in batches so quality stays high — let’s talk!

What if I want help managing the VAs too?

I offer dedicated VA management for $500 USD/month (minimum of 3 full-time VAs). This covers coaching, payout reminders, performance tracking, and daily oversight — so you stay stress-free while your team runs smoothly.
