My VA Matchmaking is a one-time service where I handle sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified VAs based on your specific needs. You negotiate and pay your VA directly — no monthly markup or agency lock-in. I charge a flat fee to cover the recruitment tools, ads, and shortlisting work.

Yes! I offer hourly support (USD $10–12/hour) or project-based packages. Whether you need a single SOP, a short project, or a trusted partner for ongoing operations — we’ll craft a plan that fits.
